AppForms is a SaaS application operated by Impulso Software that allows immigration attorneys to manage client data and prepare USCIS form PDFs. Access is provided via a paid subscription. AppForms is a productivity tool — it does not practice law and does not provide legal advice of any kind.
You must be a licensed immigration attorney or authorized legal professional to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you hold the professional qualifications necessary to review and submit USCIS forms on behalf of your clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with other individuals.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Access to the service is contingent on an active subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AppForms assists in the preparation of immigration forms by pre-filling data you have entered. You, as the licensed attorney, bear sole and exclusive professional responsibility for reviewing every field of every form before submission to any government agency.

AppForms provides tools to help you work faster. The professional judgment required to verify and submit immigration documents remains entirely yours.
As a condition of using AppForms, you agree to keep confidential any information about the platform's features, functionality, limitations, defects, performance characteristics, pricing structure, internal architecture, or roadmap.

This clause does not prevent you from describing AppForms to your own clients for the purpose of explaining how their cases are being managed, or from reporting bugs or concerns directly to Impulso Software at support@impulso.ink.
Client data entered into AppForms is stored securely and isolated per account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use AppForms for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to access other users' data. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination. Refund eligibility in such cases remains subject to our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Impulso Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of professional fees, or business interruption, arising from your use of AppForms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you upon your next login and require your explicit acceptance before you can continue using the service. The version number and date at the top of this document identify the current version.
