Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your AppForms subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the service until that date.

2. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with AppForms, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@impulso.ink with your account email address and the date of the charge. We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
